  • Lot of obvious suggestions (mostly already doing)
  • Leader vs Manager
  • WBS - "Work breakdown structure" list of all thinkgs that need doing
  • Critical Path: Dont assign yourself (Project manager) to items on the critical path. (Mental Models)
  • Dont assign other people to work on a task that you cant clearly describe.
  • Assign yourself the talkst that you do best. "Law of comparative advantage" (Mental Models)
  • Posessing a trait is not enough, you must help others see that you posess it. (Rationality)
  • Honesty: telling what you believe to be the truth (Dependability)
  • Integrity: having agreement between what you say and do (Dependability)
