How to signal to employers about your competence in AI

Two cases:

• AI advocates: Easy, put in the work and then just talk to them DeserveWhatYouWant
• AI skeptics: Philosophical argument…AI is the future… at the least coding layer that has just been abstracted away… rote "thinking" too. Convice them Why arent you so much more productive then? Our outputs are not limited by coding or thinking… (How can we quantify productivity based on a githun analytics ?) What are the things that are limited by coding or "rote" thinking ?
