- Baseplate big mess.. Not clear how we go forward…
Extreme testing of HGCal Silicon modules:
-Several modules underwent extreme testing
- 100 thermal cycles
- Test down to -70C
- Over a total of ~50 modules, we haven’t observed critical failures
- Will follow up with warm test up to 45C (epoxy glassransition temperature)
