• Treat computer as a student…. precise well-defined problems… very with problems where you know what the answer should be "closure tests" Units test their main purpose from now on is refining” their AI agent’s work—but knowing enough about coding to fix it if it goes wrong.

Why AI in course work

Learning how to be productive with AIs is probably the most important thing we can be teaching you right now. Its really the skill of how to work with and lead a technicical-skilled intelligent being. … I say being because these this things are not people, They sometimes smell like people, but as you use them you will see that they are definitely not. However, training with them will help you learn to work with highly-skilled technical people. This is of course important in physics and beyond.

Strong AI will change virtually every job. (Including scientist) To the extent the job involves brainpower, you will end up working with the AIs.
